Been having a kidney stone the past 8 or 9 days.. biggie too (9mm). Doc said I shouldn't go on vacation so I sent the wife and kids off to meet her parents at our vacation spot. Was going to go out to the range yesterday but the stone said "TIME FOR SOME PAIN SUCKA!!".. so I stayed home.. today, however, I felt fine... so I headed out with the rifles to the range, solo baby! there was no one there but me. I like it that way, though I could have used a spotter when I was sighting my new Troy Industries Dioptic rear BUIS. I had to crawl out to 100yds.. it's always fun when stuff goes bang so I didn't mind wasting a few rounds to get it right. My groups were tight and any shift in groups was because of me. Lots of overlapping shot patterns. So now I just have keep that up and work on returning to the same spot. Wish I could afford the SOPMOD for my SOCOMII.. really hate that standard rifle stock..
