As far as I see it, if it comes to gun confiscation and I have to resort to lying and/or claiming that they are "lost" or "stolen" or "sold" or "abducted by aliens", it's a losing situation anyway. If we aren't prepared to use them when the time is upon us, if we refuse to resist tyranny at every doorstep, we might as well give up now and offer our wrists for implants. There's no use keeping firearms in secret if nobody has the guts to use them in a police state. There must be a line drawn in the sand at some point.

I AM a gun-owner and proud of it - it's my RIGHT. If they come one day, THEN is the time to USE them....... if not before. If the Government LEADS the people rather than tries to RULE them, there will be no problem. Otherwise, they learn the painful lesson we taught King George in the 1700's........ Their call.
Yeah Brokor is right. If it becomes necessary to lie about ownership then it also becomes time to use them. Very few have taken that step so far but as time goes by and the government continues to push more and more will be pushed over that edge. It will be horrible.
