There were indications that something could be wrong, like building the Doomsday vault by Bill Gates and Co, then Brits moving the largest library into abandoned salt mine, then Brits collecting DNA from all animals for 2 years already, then all this climate change, earthquakes and stuff, but this???

The Gates-Buffett Giving Pledge: The Full List of Donors - The Wealth Report - WSJ

This screams like BS and distraction! How come none of them did anything like this years ago? How come that over 40 (!) of them decided immediately to join in? How many more will? Do they know that their money could become worthless soon? Sure looks like they know something we don't!

And when I saw that David Rockefeller is one of them, everything became clear! The man who is deep in eugenics, and who wants human kind reduced to 500mil is a philanthropist??? The man who thinks that bankers should rule the world, while rest of us serve them as slaves donates HALF of his fortune to charity?!?! ROFLMAO!!!

Call me paranoid if you like, and I really hope I'm just crazy, but..
Now I'm SURE something big and nasty is coming our way!

    Very astute of you BNMB.[winkthumb]
I noticed the same thing a bunch of years ago when Gates formed his foundation and later when Buffet Joined it.

My theory: The NWO folks do not like like the extreme wealth of Gates and Buffet and others. It upsets their balance of power. These folks, if they chose could form a nation or build a sizable militia.
Otherwise they could have supported non-NWO causes: Gun rights, Freedom of religion, freedom of education, lower taxation...

Instead Bill forms a foundation that ONLY supports UN / NWO causes.
    Take a look:
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
    Vaccinations (Population control)
Education (Birth control / Socialist indoctrination)
AIDS research (false flag operation supposedly against AIDS which they started!)

All of the poverty / hunger issues are all BS - just a cover story as are college aid, etc.

IMO (and it's only an opinion) These guys were forced to give up a huge chunk of their wealth and "play ball". I have no idea what the "or else" was!

Disclaimer: I have no research on this, it is just my Tinfoil Hat theory.

Somehow, I have a weird feeling that this was NOT ...or else..situation. Gates is one of them, and they are afraid of themselves now? I highly doubt it...and Bill is giving half NOW, after he completed the Doomsday vault? As far as I understood, this is not Bill's old fund, one from years ago...this is a new thing! And immediately 40 of the richest join? And they couldn't do that years ago when Bill made the first fund??? And because they all ride the same boat, I'm like SURE that this is not...or
I'm afraid that something really bad is on the way...
Tin foil hat? Wrap me up in tin, and call me meat loaf... :D ....ORRRRRR...NOT????

Disclaimer: I might be crazy...or not...

You eat meat loaf in the Balkans?!? I'm sure it tastes much better than what we eat here.

I hear what you're saying. I guess I wasn't paying attention to the article. I'll guarantee that all of that money ends up in NWO causes. Interesting, and I think you're right.

But as far as history goes, Bill and Warren started out as very regular guys. They weren't born into a family like the Rockefellers. Bill made his money by innovation and selfishness. Up until he started his foundation in 1994 he was a die-hard capitalist. He made his money because he was rightfully selfish by insisting on getting licensing fees for his products. No open source for him!

Then suddenly he becomes a philanthropist:
DECEMBER 1994 | Bill and Melinda consolidate their giving to address two main issues—global health and community needs in the Pacific Northwest—and form the William H. Gates Foundation with an initial stock gift of $94 million. William H. Gates Sr, manages the new foundation.

So as far as history goes. Yes, I think he was given an "or else".

Today, he's part of the crowd, no doubt.

Yup...I see what's going on here...I see the "Masons" crowd. They take new members about 1-2 a year...And all are bankers and businessmen...all are crooks, but hey...
Anyway, I don't like this a bit! Smells very fishy!

Not Masons, but Freemasons. And Scottish Rite at that, too.

These efforts of "philanthropy" are really self-masturbation contests for the elite. They get off on watching the slaves suffer, only to be rewarded at their whim and on their terms. Their donations never filter down to the poor -it is only ever used through their "foundations" and institutions of higher learning to better serve their own agendas. Don't be fooled by the scam.

I'm not fooled...I'm worried because I have a feeling that this might be more than self-masturbation contests, as you nicely put it...All the things that they did before this indicate something bad...I wish that it is just bulls.. PR stunt, but I can't shake the feeling that it's more than that...We'll see soon enough...

Well if the seed vaults and the massive underground city sized bunkers aren't enough to raise caution, this stunt shouldn't set off too many alarms. ;)

Remember that just prior to forming the foundation, the clinton (in)Justice department was pursuing charges against Microsoft. It was all over the news. Suddenly the foundation was formed and the charges went away.

The criminal charges were the "or else". Up till then, Gates worked 16-20 hours a day writing code. Then the insiders pay him a visit, tell him to play along or they'll destroy him and voila - he's a philanthropist.

    You guys nailed it.

There comes a point where you have enough money. After that, a much more interesting currency is power. The wealthy (Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, Gates, etc.) set up these tax-free foundations that wield tremendous power and the families ride that power for generations.

The wealthy are monopolists. They hate competition, and don't want anyone joining their club. One way they keep others out is by way of inheritance taxes. If you make a few million, taxes will wipe you out unless you plan. Planning is expensive, which means the next generation will likely be dealt more than one setback upon transfer and never become wealthy. Only the guys like Gates, who become truly wealthy within their own lifetimes, get to join the club, and the club still doesn't like it much. Note that the club wasted little time in showing him the ropes, and that he promptly played along by setting up a foundation of his own.

As to the news of all the wealthy giving money all at once, I think there is an underlying motive. The timing is interesting, coming just as economic indicators are all turning back down and fatcats are being criticized right and left.

So the fund their foundations, which they were going to do anyway, sooner or later. But, I'd guess they know the market is about to really crash and they want to take big deductions for charitable contributions before that happens.

Two birds with one stone: a little PR for the masses, a lot more power for the elites.

(Meant to observe in the last post that Gates and Buffet pal around a lot, and that Buffet is going to leave a lot of his money to the Gates foundation.)

Any of you EVER heard through history that richies EVER did something like this? I can understand giving few mils and stuff, charity and all, but HALF or MORE?! This is a first in history of the world!

Actually, wealthy Americans have long given their estates and fortunes to universities and foundations -since the earliest times. The wealth is always aggregated into the hands of the few, elite echelons and rarely if ever trickle down to the lower class. These other guys have it spot-on. It's a tax-free distribution that yields a tax-free profit, there is no good being done here.

    It's all an illusion.
