Just an old M109 SP howitzer. Can't tell from the pic which model it is. Could be a NG or active component piece. Could be heading to a museum or a VFW front yard. Could be part of a private collection.
Likely decommissioned, as it is on a civilian Transporter. As I recall, most .Mil Outfits use their Own Military Transporters, to move such equipment, road.
the invasion is coming any time .... but the Canucks aren't crazy enough to want Detroit .... they just want the UP and unlimited memberships to the ski lodges ....
There are better ski lodges (not to mention mountains) in VT, CO, UT and other places. We just have hills.
There are NO Mountains in VT, just a few BIG Hills... to be a mountain, you have to be at least 6000' above the Base AGL of the valleys, and that just doesn't happen in VT....
Umm...perhaps US Army TACOM in Warren is doing some trials or experimentation. Wouldn't be the first time.
