    I would be more impressed if Google listed the total number of these requests. They have not.
    In the military that I served in there was a phrase for stuff like this. Eyewash.

    I did note that talking about the request over the phone is prohibited. So is the CIA tapping the FBI's phones or vice versa? Paranoid would be a mild descriptor....

    Oh well. Your tax dollars at work.

    I've actually worked with a couple of guys out of the Charlotte office (used to work across the street from that building). The two I worked with were good guys doing actual good work, at least where I was involved. They were young(ish) and idealistic still so...

    I'd like to think I'm not on one of those documents but if character spacing is any indication, two of my email addresses are the right length. Literally nothing of interest in those email accounts though...or in any others that I have.

    And more power to them hanger outers. The whole concept of NSLs is flawed when it imposes unlimited gag orders.
