The ten standard federal regions were established by OMB (Office of Management and Budget) Circular A-105, "Standard Federal Regions," in April, 1974, and required for all executive agencies. In recent years, some agencies have tailored their field structures to meet program needs and facilitate interaction with local, state and regional counterparts. However, the OMB must still approve any departures.

The Cold North has "ALWAYS" ignored the Border Treaties they made with the US. Just look it up from the Bootleg Days to WW2 to now.

In WWll the German Navy submarine service went far up the St Lawrence with nary a Canadian Navy or Civilian ship having a clue. Now the Canadian Navy is about to be cut like a tied up bull calf waiting for the Cowboy to whack off their nuts. The history is there that Canada and her people are clueless.

With the changing weather and maybe a year round opening of the North Ice Pack for surface traffic and invasion by Russia or China for the vast resources of the far north. This for the Nickel, Oil and other resources, just maybe the Canada has given up to policing their borders, both to their north and to the south.

Just look at the poor results from the floods and the RCMP, actually a national military police force, in a time of need.

Be Prepped or be a subject, Canada has always had the tit of the UK to suckle. But the last deal with the JUNK submarines purchased from the UK, (UK soon to be an Islamic state), may have awakened the Industrialist of Canada to what a real Umbrella means, not a Paper Tiger Umbrella.
