Super PAC's are bad news. Does this need an amendment? not all. But this does need to be overturned. Corporations are not corporal. Only the individual should have the power to influence an election.

He gets as much 'soft money' as anyone else through support of super PACs, DNC, large corporate and individual donors, hollywood commies, etc. Amerika is for sale to the ones with the deepest pockets. What makes this so ludicrous is that in 2008, it was obummer who garnered corporate and foreign funding, so that he outspent the Republicans with a warchest many times bigger than theirs. Now, many of those deep pockets spenders have shied away from the illegal marxist kenyan, allowing the Republicans to turn the money tables on him. "Uhoh! The jigs up.... gotta make a new law!"
I like to think things like this will never come to be and we are smart enough to do the right thing....... of course, I like to think our courts won't pander to some confused tranny who wants to redecorate his downstairs too!
