Somebody told me about this and I did a google search and found a couple of threads on other websites. Can anybody verify that O said we need a new civilian militia as large as the military?
Probably Farrakhans army. Just like the Russians, people spying on their neighbors, turning in gun owners etc. What we need is our fighting forces back home. Now. Right now.
Didn't we have a civilian militia in the beginning? We have the National Guard, those whose job it is to protect and serve on our soil - NOT overseas where the asshats keep sending them! I haven't heard anything like that said (Obama) but then again, I'm so sick of the whole thing, I'm not really paying a whole lot of attention to any of it unless they can hook me in the first couple minutes with a few sentences of common sense. And since common sense isn't so common anymore, that leaves me with a lot of free time I can use for much more important things .... like prepping or reading .

There are several other speeches out there where he talks about duty and service to country. Byte
Hm. Once he finds no or few enough volunteers, do you think he might bring a draft into play? Not necessarily for the military, but for cleaning up (for example) stream beds? Like some other country's National Service? Get a test, be assigned to a work detail matching your test score for some duration, get paid for doing the least you can get away with until they staff the service with retired military drill sargeants. Wonder who will get assigned to sewer cleaning since that is where they scored on the test, hmm? Ohhh. This is going to be FUN. "What we have here, is a failure to com-mun-i-cate."

Obama is also targeting younger kids with his ads in 18 different video games. His seahag wife wants to have extra-curricular training for young folks too - sounds like indoctrination, from what I read. I'm thinking..... "Obama Jugend"......
