By Executive Order Obama can shut down any website he pleases and you know what sort these liberals are revealing themselves to be.
Mostly this is done through an DNS (domain name server). What a DNS is in effect is an address book. You type in a name like "Survivalmonkey.com", and the DNS server looks it up to find the IP address such as 206.123.114.178 then sends you to that IP. If you have the IP you can more often navigate to this website or others even if the DNS is being tampered with or down. This is of course only aplicable if you have a static IP. Most of us through our ISP have what's known as a dynamic IP that we are assigned only as long as wer're logged on. Each time we log on we get a new stattic address. Of course most major websites use static IP address that never change. I used tejji.com to get the SM IP by the way.
