I have a few of these that I use for keeping some of my container plants watered. They do a good job, and I can be absent for several days and not worry that the plants will turn up their toes during hot, dry windy conditions.

The Pdf file has plenty of pictures with good ideas for establishing micro irrigation systems.

Most of the garden stores in my area have these. People that use them swear by them.
