    Don't think it was a .45,maybe a couple of years ago this was going around .It seems to me it was a guy that rested his .410 on his shoe and it went off.
    That is unless this is a senior moment .

    could well have been ,looked like a bullet hole anyway and whatever delivered the payload ,I'm sure it stung for awhile...

    I recall doing a "similar thing", but with a BB gun!
    That hurt enough I never put another barrel on my shoe, or near my foot again!
