Holy Crop! lol. That's purty cool.
Make sure your eggs are 3-4 weeks old
Just tried that with a half-dozen eggs and did not get the results shown on this video, in fact, not nearly so in spite of numerous attempts.
azrancher is right. If the eggs are fresh, they just don't peel well. Could be that. I have a dozen fresh eggs I'll let age and try this.
Ah crap - sorry if you ended up with waste...I did not try this before posting the video.
Where they super fresh? Did you let them cool in cold water for a bit?
But, Wait! If you order right now we'll double the offer! You get two magic water glasses for just $19.95! That's right, two magic water glasses for the price of one! Just pay separate shipping and handling of just $49.95!!
I just couldn't resist... Oh! Be sure to read this with an Australian accent!!
we have 20 chickens and peeling eggs is hard work.
My wife and I finally figure it out though, put eggs is a pot of water bring to a rolling boil remove from heat and wait 20 minutes then immerse them in ice water.
We always thought you had to boil them for 18 min. but that not the case. Doing it this way was much easier.
Thanks. The icewater bath part I knew the cooking part I didn't.
