How did your broth turn out?
Very nice but on day 5 or 6, I declared enough and we finished it up and that was it. In my book, I can say I have that skill/recipe down and no problems or issues. Thanks.

Pearlselby got us hooked. At first I was skeptical about the simmering for days, but we like homemade bone broth. The house smells wonderful and I have a batch simmering. I put in some fresh basil leaves, no onions (because of the dog), some carrots (with peels and celery.
The attachment below is from Nourishing Kitchen. This has a great BONE BROTH RECIPE in it.
