It has been so hot, a refreshing cup of tea is usually most welcome. One of my favorites is a plantation tea. Think Arnold Palmer, but with pineapple juice. Here's the simple recipe: I use black tea. English Breakfast is pretty good for this. Make it as strong or weak as you like. I like it strong and like to taste the tea. Add a little sugar to taste. I like to do about a 1:1 tea to pineapple juice mix. Somewhere around there. It is super good. Today was half pineapple juice half orange juice for the juice component.
