problem posting still exist

good luck in fixing the problem. it still exists as I am sure you are or will soon be aware.

 

I had a post delete its content while going to edit it (it was in the 22LR is a badass thread). I reentered my content.

 

I posted twice (different threads) and the content of my post vanished like a fart in the wind.

 

For those who have been experiencing difficulty posting and getting a blank post.

What has been working for me, click on EDIT button, type in a few words or copy/paste your original posting, click on GO ADVANCED button, copy/paste posting click SAVE CHANGES.

As RightHand suggested, seems using QUICK REPLY option and GO ADVANCED works every time. So far.

Works best for me to type text in quick response then hit go advanced

 

I have been having problems too

I edited an old post of mine and when i tried saving it, the whole post got deleted except for some formatting commands. I won't be editing any more posts for a while until the gremlins have been tracked down and terminated with extreme prejudice...I have taken to saving posts to text files before submitting them to the SM server for uploading.

Just means extra precautin of saving work before submitting...I hate redrafting from scratch.

 

Posts still disappearing!
