According to Police The hostage killed by police as he fled unarmed, however has a very checkered past. He was once caught smoking a cigarette on school grounds and was suspended for 10 days. His truency record shows he cut class 31 times last school year, and he once swore at a teacher. These serious crimes as well as the suspicions police had about how the perp dressed and who he hung out with has led police to believe they will exonerated of all wrong doing in this shooting. Additionally police now also say that the suspect was found to be armed with a deadly weapon.
