    Yep, and even the feds cannot scope down far enough for individual spyings without a hint from elsewhere. At this stage, the algorithms look for patterns that have to be narrowed in on, and even then will miss things. After action reports clearly establish linkage, but it's too late for preventive measures. Computer power isn't there, nor are there enough fed tit suckers on the payroll for 1 in 1000 attention, much less one on one. (Yet, that we know of anyhow.) In the meantime, OPSEC is your friend.

    Of course they can predict where violence will erupt, ....just as soon as they stage a protest there.

    NYC actually detected the shooting on their shot tracker system.... but it was not fully implemented and operational, so the system did not activate a response.
