    I'm going to go with :
    The gooberment doesn't want those along the gulf coast nor any coast to suffer PTSD from the aftermath of Katrina, Irene, Andrew or other previous hurricanes and is using IP addressing scheme to block y'all south of the Mason-Dixon line from seeing the devastation being delivered to the east coast.

    I'm just wishing that the Hurricane would scour Washington DC and NYC of all politicians, Federal Reserve board members and their lackeys, take them out to sea and drown them.

    Hey, you should never let a disaster go to waste I hear.
