We use and store all of those except heavy cream. Can't say I've ever seen it, but haven't gone looking either.
When you re-constitute it to cream form, is it like real heavy cream ? Could you churn butter out of it ? Any idea on storage time ? Got a brand/source ? I'd be curious to try it.

When I get a couple spring feeder piglets, I usually get a bag of milk replacer along with their dry food and mix them up a quart each for as long as a 25lb bag of replacer lasts....like couple-three weeks for two. This year, we'd done a 'long term food' inventory just before getting pigs, so I pulled out a case of 6 #10 cans of powdered milk and one of egg crystals to feed them, thinking 'time to rotate this out' . It was from 2005. The milk tasted fine to me.....for powdered milk I mean. Didn't try the eggs, but the pigs sure seem to enjoy the mix. Gets them off to a great start.

    white wheat Flour

    oats
    oat flour
Krustez because it is a product all by itself...

a metric crapton of mixes (gravy, Ranch, taco seasoning, LA hot mix for that Cajun stuff, etc)

since we have a lot of rice and beans, the spices are critical to long term consumption of said beans and rice....

I get my powdered Heavy cream at walmart online its cheaper than amazon

    https://www.walmart.com/ip/Heavy-Cream-Powder-2-Lb-Economy-Size-Tub/192883158

Powdered Cheese is great for popcorn
also can be purchased online at walmart

Powdered Heavy cream i mostly use in coffee. A friend of mine whips it up stiffly for cake frosting. And it looks similar to whipped cream but is a little thicker and i think she uses tapioca flour to thicken it. I dont think you can make butter as i think they take most of the butter fat out when they dry it.... it preserves longer.

I think margin can be made by adding oil to it and whipping like crazy. I dont know as i have not tried it.

@3M-TA3 how do you use dried coconut? as a flour or a creamer? just curious as ive tried it for coffee creamer and didnt care for it. The coconut flour I use in baking

Powdered Honey... great idea @DKR that would be useful in chrysanthemum tea as well

I have gelatin as well. I add gelatin to koolaid with whatever sweetener I have on hand to make jello, gummies and other deserts.

    yeast

I use it as a flour, but not so much since Franz started making a decent keto bread. Mostly use it these days to make a zero carb chocolate coconut candy. I use the almond flour much the same way, but coconut is my preference.

I add coconut oil to my coffee along with a little milk. The combination of caffeine and the oil gives a much better boost than sugar and doesn't much with your blood sugar level so you don't crash later. Coconut goes unexpectedly well with coffee.
