after bailout failure:http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/7643340.stm President George W Bush is to make a statement on the deadlock over the bail-out plan early on Tuesday morning. <!-- E SF --> A White House spokesman said that the president was "very disappointed" by the vote's result. Congress will not meet again until Thursday, with another vote unlikely before the weekend, the BBC's Jonathan Beale in Washington says. <table class="main" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td class="sidebar1"> </td> <td class="contentwrapper"> </td></tr></tbody></table>
All the Comments that I am seeing are republicrats pissed because their president is not being supported and no mention that "We the people" that elected the useless garbage have an opinion and most of us that will have to ultimately pay the bill, don't support his panic response either. Yes, it is bad but why do we bail out the wall-street yuppies and basically ignore the struggling people that have to foot the bill? And believe me, we will foot the bill one way or another. All I see is a lot of finger pointing who's to blame and no real solutions; just a band-aid on a gaping wound. I truly believe this nation is poised on the brink of a revolution; I do not believe the elections will even happen. I predict martial law within a month. I am frightened and angry and I do not see anyone offering a real solution. We had a chance with Ron Paul but now all we have are talking heads and a czarist gambit to rule the world.
Here comes the "With a heavy heart I must take command of this economic crisis by Continuing my presidency for a third term..."
