An excellent resource for using the products of your "survival" farm and storing milk without refrigeration. A good primer on how to make your favorite cheeses in small batches and without expensive equipment. Requires inputs that might not be available if TSHTF and may encourage you to store some of them in your supplies. Beans, bullets, and rennit, anyone? Might be nice to have a good bite of cheese on top of that plate of beans while sitting in that OP on a cold winter night.
