Recipe Quick Christmas Fudge

    Need a quick gift thats inexpensive and tastes great? thry this...

    16 Oz bag of chocolate chips (semi sweet)
    1 can eagle Brand sweet condensed milk
    1 TBS butter (not margarine)
    1Tsp vanilla 1/2 cup of pecans



    Place chocolate condensed milk and butter in a microwavable bowl
    microwave for approx 4 minutes or until melted... stir ... Remove add vanilla and nuts stir again...

    Pam a 9x13 pan and line with wax paper...
    Place fudge mixture in the lined pan approx 1/4 inch thick and place in fridge for 1 hour... cut and serve...

    Enjoy... better make two batches cause the first one won't last very long...
