Unless these Yahoos work thru a local FFL in every State, they will NOT be selling ANYTHING.... and if they transfer ONE Weapon, without following the Federal Statutes, AG Lynch is going to make their life miserable, in a Federal GrayBar Hotel.....
It is my suggestion that we wait, and SEE, what their Business Model, really turns out to be.....
yep BT they are doing background checks and it ships to FFLs.
It says in the quote near the bottom that firearms have to be shipped to an FFL for background checks to be performed.
I wonder how many local FFLs will be watching for a "Deal" on there, that beats what they get from the Distributer....
we will have to see how good the "deals" are
It is dumb but then it is just jumping on the reality TV bandwagon. Personally I prefer to support my small business local gun shop. Yes I can get some of the stuff I buy from Walmart or Sportsman's warehouse but the family that runs my gun shop are so nice. They know greet me and express that they appreciate my business. That is how retail should be.
It isn't a new business model except it is on TV. I've bought guns from Bud's, Gun Broker and Guns America. Pay them and it ships to a local FFL who ran the NICS and charged $20-25.
I'd rather poke around a website in my slow fashion and do my researching rather than watch guns fly by on TV.
I buy guns from local shops when they have what I want. I can't expect them to stock everything, One local shop beat every price I've seen. The rifle came with a very dusty hard case so I know why; however, he was happy and so was I.
I am cutting up my credit cards NOW!
The only common sense way to use a CC is buy and pay it off.
