This is an interesting collection of essays there is a section I call "Nwo fair and balanced "The author see's the world clamoring for the one world government after an unavoidable cataclysm...He sees this as a positive thing improving life for the vast majority of impoverished masses, at the expense of the wealthierst nations (you and me). interesting reading though.
even though it is disctinctly anti us...[flag]

Right now we are the best country in the world in many ways and the 'poor huddled masses' are coming across our borders like wildlife trying to outrun a forest fire, so it takes no big deal of education to guess what will happen in a big ol' nukefest. More target practice. Whoo hoo.

"Tailor how can you shoot wetback women and kids?"???
    S'eezy, you just don't lead'em as much...[sawgunner]

If they run they're illegal immigrants; if they stand
    They're brave illegal immigrants...

[fnny] Sick, though funny. No, I'd never shoot women and children. Take out the men in a good enough way and the example will be set.

Right now we are not totally open on our borders, meaning there is some kind of barriers in place though not real efficient, and imagine how many are coming now. Think of when the borders are wide open and all they do is come up the 'super highway'.

More of the element that you don't want to see will be here doing who knows what. Everyone with the sense or lack thereof to build a raft, dingy or barge will come like vultures to pick through the scraps that are left.

Bunch of illegals reminds me of the aliens in the movie Independence Day. They just go country to country using up the resources until they have to move on as the resources have run dry.

Think about it. Aren't we just another stop on the way to wiping out entire cultures because idiots do not care about anything except themselves?

I don't romanticize the EOTW, though sometimes I find myself hoping that something cataclysmic will happen to right the wrongs and set the world spinning back on a stable axis. Be it zombies, nukes or meteors, I am hoping that something will click and begin our march towards sanity.

Maybe it's just me and maybe I'm crazy for thinking so. Oh wait, I am crazy. Haha. So maybe it's just me, however it is my one desire to see a world that I can call home and be proud of instead of this tragic state of affairs that we are calling civilization.

    Just my thoughts on it.

Guess I'm overwhelmed( giving up). I 'd like to get some outta' the way wooded land put a fence up with beer bottles on the posts. use the beerbottles to range the rifles..Do a Thoreau, and dare anybody to cross my fences without calling ahead.Perhaps I could write or sell handcarved sterling engines or sandals made from old trucktires...I think there's enough to do( and satisfaction) in just living self sufficiently to keep me busy. :)
Not exactly helping my fellowman this way, but they don't want to hear from me anyway...

    Very realistic I would say.

I see one big problem with the idea about the folks from other countries swarming here after a nuke exchange. We would be somewhere in the top 3 on the target list for any other nuke power out there, Mexico on the other hand would not be so much of a target nor would most other third world nations where the masses would have acess to us by land or realistic sea travel for individuals. So more than likely we would be glowing in the dark while the other nations whose people now try to run here would be the same as they are now if not better off (with the elemination of us and many others as competition).

My guess is that if there was a nuke exchange then the tides would turn and there would be more of our people trying to jump the borders into Mexico and other nations, and likely being greeted by gun fire rather than the welcome wagon that greets illegal imigrans here.

EMP, not necessarily a nuclear yield. Keep in mind that technological warfare has climbed a notch or two in the last two decades. One well placed atomic bomb detonated at the right distance and in the right place could effectively suspend all electrical activities in the United States for at least 6 months, and up to years. That's not even factoring in the natural possibilities, either. Remember Canada in 1998 with the solar flares? No electricity.

Imagine what could happen if millions of citizens suddenly were without heat, water, food, and transportation? Lights out.

If EMP did happen and it was out for years, then you could live quite well in rural areas as we know that those who want FEMA to help will be standing in a line with their hands out.

But where do you think FEMA will be going to 'collect' what they are handing out to those folks standing in the lines?

Point taken. Have to figure out how to eliminate demand. No demand, no need for supply. I'll get to work on that zombie formula. Don't have to take care of zombies, just one pop and bob's your uncle.

I did notice that he was really into entitlements and redistribution of "hoarded" goods. Looks like the grass hoppers want to steal the ants supplies.

He tries to sound Christian or godly, but he's a New Ager by some of the buried comments I found.

The really fightening senario is a major "bird flu" type thing where 60 or so percent of the US population dies off and the economic system collapses and the rest of the world arrives to "help" us recover and utalize our unused and undamaged resources. I think that my bigest danger as someone commited to preparedness is that the majority and that includes the government, is not preparing, and reguard my resouces as theirs by some God given right. The bible convinces me that it has always been so. It states that if when the end comes, if you stop to pick up an extra pair of socks, you will be lost, and that you will have to hide in the hills.

I was teaching in a rural school in the south when 911 hit. Overnight brothers of my elementary students were on the way home, expecting a military draft. Sad way to end illegal immigration.
