   If it is truly an issue with Powder Charge Weights, it isn't the Cops that is the problem, it is the AMMUNITION itself. Overcharged Shot Shells can destroy a fine weapon. I would drop any such Ammo in a flat second, as it is dangerous to Me, and mine to have it around.
