RFID chip question

well see the ticket is that if you loose one of these, and dont report it. Then both you and the person using it get charged with felonies of false papers. Also the list of those who have them are relatively small and usually they know the border guards. Hell I have even traveled enough that the Border guards in Victoria know me by sight. lol.
