It's pretty much the mortal version of thor's hammer. I would form 1 an rpg7 if I could get the rockets. Who needs nukes and F15s. The fuds would say "it's not sporting use" like the second ammendment is for deer hunting. I would love to coyote hunt with an RPG7. It would go something like this: Well there was 4 of em before I sent it, now I'm only counting 2 and a half.
I would LOVE to have one of those!!! Anti-tank, artillery, anti-aircraft....no wonder every other VC and NVA soldier in Vietnam carried one of these! They are popular in both "sand boxes" too!
These guys say they are shooting live rounds, thr rpg2 might have been live but the rpg7 warhead was inert or there wouldn't have been a car after that first hit. The rpg7 hits max velocity at about 400m where it's just shy of transsonic.
The most interesting thing I have found to shoot out of an RPG7 is a rocket trajectory simulator that fires a standard AK47 tracer round. It kind of looks like an RPG7 rocket, goes inside the RPG7 launcher and fires a bullet out of an approximately 10'' barrel thats supposed to fly almost exactly like an RPG7 for approximately 450yd. They come up for sale about once a year on gun broker. The other interesting thing I have seen was an RPG7 blast simulator that goes "bang" just like the real thing, but doesn't shoot anything more than hot air and maybe scorched bits of paper out the front and rear.
And here we go boys, just in time for the summer riots! RPG7 Rocket Launcher SALE - AtlanticFirearms.com
Panzerfaust! With every other German carrying one of those things, it's a wonder that they didn't win the war!
Rpg7 vs car This is a real rigged warhead that's always live and I don't think it's got a shape charge. The real rpg7 warheads don't arm for I think 40 yards. The arming distance is on this post somewhere.
