i got so tired of the PITA mine was to break donw and put back together i traded it for a stainless ruger .22 mag.
I have both a Standard Model and a Mark II. I make sure I have the proper manual out and opened when I clean them. I seem to recall one of them you have to make sure the hammer is cocked at one point in the process, and uncocked at another point. Can't remember, so always use the manuals. And pay very strict attention to the details.
