I didn't now that people ate pigeons. But I just googled it and they call it squab. Never knew squab was a pigeon. I have heard of that but never seen it served before.
Yup, tasty wee buggers, very dark meat, usally just eat the breast meat as theres not much else unless your really desperate. Most of ours are out in the fields eatting bugs and stuff, wouldent wanna eat “townie” birds
Experiment time.... Grilled green & half ripe tomatoes, red pepper, padron peppers, onions, chopped (peeled red pepper first) and mixed with a few splashes red wine vinegar, copious amounts of olive oil, toasted almond slices. Coriander, salt, pepper, Keto flatbreads. Pork kabab skewers, minced bacon pork, garlic, parsley, red chillies, paprika, coriander, spring onions, salt & pepper.... possibly a few other things I cant remember now.... formed into kababs on the skewers and cooked on bbq
Spicy Mexican beef with guacamole, and cream fresh (basicly nachos without the nachos) and jalepeno cranberry “corn” bread (no corn )
Ribeye, grilled halomi crisps, grilled “salad” (tomatoes, peppers, onion, asparagus and corgettes on bbq, then chopped along with some spring onions, cucumber, salt, pepper, honey mead vinegar, lots of olive oil, oregano and red chili)
