Had a new steak place open in town that looked good so took DH for his birthday Dident get many pictures but he had the lobster starter and I got the oysters. Tomahawk steak with bone marrow butter (mine, 800ish g) and the bone marrow grilled onion. Thought I had a few more pix but cant find so... dh had filet steak, onion rings and sweet potato fries (and you would be correct if you thought those last to arnt very keto... but it was his birtday )

Nah, easier to buy from my spice guy over here. There really not the same. Its more like deep fried pork fat (not the top layer of skin) and it fluffs up sorta like a cheeto in texture.

Use both, but ghee usally for cooking. . Dont have to worry about it burning like butter will and can store on the counter. Butter I use for bulletproof coffee and just general flavour... and then bone marrow butter for steaks (roasted bone marrow blended 50/50 with butter plus salt pepper and parsley or other herbs.....sooooooo gooood.)
