He said trading would resume on Tuesday. The Russian market has been declining for nine consecutive days and has lost almost a third of value following a global trend on the emerging markets in the past weeks. An official from the RTS bourse, Russia’s second key exchange, said the trading would continue as Monday’s decline has so far not exceeded seven percent.
