    What’s your favorite salad?

    Wifee and the little monkey like salads. Last time, I made a Mediterranean salad like an antipasto, topped it with couscous and then shrimp. They liked it a lot.

    Tonight was a regular salad topped with pearl couscous topped with shrimp. Monkey said more shrimp, it’s yummy.

    I like shrimps too but generally with the head off unless I'm doing the boiling!
