Salmon Dip ...... as in one 8 ounce block of cream cheese (full strength or Lite, if you prefer) softened. One can 15.5 - 16 ounces salmon (press down on the cut off can lid, and squeeze off and retain juice) drained. Hot Sauce of your choice to taste. In a mixing bowl blend the Cream Cheese and Salmon until white chunks are fully blended in. Add Hot Sauce to taste. If mixture seems to stiff, blend in a little of the reserved juice. A few drops of Liquid Smoke is an excellent addition also. This is great with crackers to stave off hunger between meals.
