......west of Sydney in the Blue Mountains....timed it for a bloody un-seasonal heatwave !!! Hot in the day but still cold overnight. Camp.. Big Lizard wandering around looking for an unattended child to dine on... Dinner.... Makings of an argument.... The argument..... Stalking my dinner..... Seems obvious.......
They are mate. Very animated ! I get them around my house and often know that dawn is approaching when they start they noise.
Never got over to the east side of your country/continent. Though I did get to enjoy Perth, twice, when my aircraft carrier stopped by there for a liberty call.

It’s been quite strange. We should be getting our heat on but it has been quite mild with warm days and cool nights. We are in drought here and it seems that is going to get much worse !
Here in North Florida, we are having what I call "The Golden Time". Weather is mild enough I can save money on my electric bill by not having to run AC or heat.
