Now PITCH those Brussell Sprouts!! Belly torture.

 

Starters(probably should have posted that first eh?)
Whisky/honey smoked salmon, champagne/orange smoked salmon, rose marie prawns on pea shoots with rainbow trout caviar.

 

Nah, you have obviously never had properly made brussel sprouts. Fry in butter (lots of butter) and copious amounts of bacon, pine nuts and maple honey etc...
my husband always hated brussels untill He had them done properly . Now he ask to make sure im making them lol.

 

Peanut butter sex in a pan(yup, that is what its called pecan cookie crust, peanutbutter “cheesecake” layer, chocolate pudding layer, whipped cream layer, flaked chocolate)


Raspberry nubian roll(theres raspberry layer in with the chocolate whipped cream layer) And

 

gingerbread cupcakes with coffee buttercream frosting


Carrot cake with rum cherries & bayberries, cream cheese frosting

 

Leftovers for boxing day....

Bacon wrapped chippolata sausages and cheese stuffed chilies

 

Bacon and creamy spinach stuffed forest mushrooms

 

Dished up with the chicken wings (but dosent show the turkey & chicken liver pate )
