I take a regimine of vitamins daily, among them is Vitamin C. Been doing this for years, and haven't had even a cold. I used to get a bad cold everytime the climate changed.

Walked in through our ER this morning and was stunned by the amount of folks wearing the blue masks we issue for anyone with a fever or cold or flu complaint. Nearly all of the 60 or so folks had one. Our staff is taking a hit too, with about 10% calling in sick today. We had 94% compliance with the flu shot (me included), so I now seriously doubt the viability of the shot. I rarely get sick and have not had a flu bug since the eighties, so I'm not a good measure of it's success. Vitamins: They just work!
