When I read the headline I figured that the gun grabbing Demorats was probably the reason, right along with all those boating accidents. Thank god we have the Fish and Game agency to make us carry our life jackets during all them boating accidents.
Well when you consider that Dubuque is on the Mississippi river with all the illegals (when I lived in Burlington you could always tell when ICE was in town, the barges were wall to wall Mexicans) AND is now importing as many negros as Chicongo can ship them (gov't mandated that they HAVE to take them and HAVE to house them and HAVE to feed them at city expense) it is no wonder that guns are "stolen" there. Dubuque USED to be a beautiful town back in the 1980s, now it is a cess pool with drugs, crime, prostitution, rape, etc.
