Shane and Me (pics)

We've been out together a few times before, but this is our first successful hunt together. Tagged out yesterday in beautiful BC. Shane you are a great daughter and a first class helper. (gutting and skinning) My hunting partner tagged out too. Great trip and good times. Get out there.!! laff

Thanks for the kind words. It is my intention to have my sons and daugther pass this tradition on to their children. So far, I think we have made a good start. Next year it will be a new bolt gun and the youth deer season in region 3. Yeee Hawww!!

Now that Rifle, is that a Norinco or a SA?

 

They are not giant like for sure, but I'm sure they'll taste just fine. The rifle is a Norinco M14S. Best $399 I ever spent on a firearm. I mounted an arms #18 on it and am currently running an Aimpoint ML2 2X. The scope is sooo good. I've spent the last 5 years hunting irons and now that my eyes aren't what they used to be, I appreciate the magnification.

I don't get out enough to pass up the little ones.
