    The more the merrier...

    the good thing about the recipe e-book in the opening post is that all the recipes can be made from a prepper's pantry and that any fresh ingredients listed will have canned or preserved equivalents and vice versa.

    Many of the recipes allow for substitutions which adds to variety and novelty and should keep appetite fatigue at bay.
