I have a silicone loaf pan and also a muffin pan. I hates 'em. The loaf pan sprawls on the sides. The muffin pans stick. I end up putting paper cups in them. My silicone baking mat is perfect for laying over a cookie sheet and pouring hot peanut brittle onto. Which means it gets used 3-4 times a year, all on the same day. :/
Non stick has moved out to old metal / cast iron in many baking items here, for asian wok or curry Shh-KA-bobs we have Calphalon - Calphalon Official Website – Cookware, Bakeware, Electrics, Cooking Tools, and More. And stainless / ++ . Way back when starting Target had these on sale plus , made here & great , expensive over t-fal crap but quality !! Target went to china & dropped all NA stuff (hence why Canada kicked em out) .. I bought many pans in 2009 out of target for 25.$ / pan plus , real quality ,, Funny cuz I went into a Calphalon store & they never had seen one !! Strange next time in , they were floored at the quality !!! I bought some real nice stuff out of Japan in 20013 , told the YVR customs dude , I needed to make sure I brought a pot home for the wife , he knew the movie !! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dang it must be summer DW has the vented boots on
