Here is ANOTHER Jack Booted Thug routine, being pushed by the Michigan State Police... They got caught, and now the ACLU (Not my favorite Outfit) wants to find out "WTF Over"..... Looks like it is a case of "If we can, We will, cause they are to STUPID to know better"....
This type of thing only happens because people don't know how to say no. Or maybe start with is that a request or an order or demand. Make the nice officer say if you can refuse then do so. Makes it hard to say it was consensual that way.
