    Bulk Charge should be 14.4 Vdc and Float should be 13.6 Vdc. Let them float got 5 hours then disconnect for 1 hour, and then measure the Voltage, and see what you read... Anything above 13.4 says your fine.....

    It sounds kinda like your monitoring system may be out of calibration.

    On a full Outback system, you need to set the parameters for the Mate 3 and DC Monitor to read the bank correctly. Not too sure what options you have on yours. New batteries without an active charge being applied should have read something around 12.4ish. Have you checked the bank with a meter vs the monitor?
