If any of you are like me, you'll tend to like the "end of the world as we know it" books. Books like Graham Mastersons "Famine" or James howards Kunstler latest "World made by hand" ( a good read so far - Im half way through it)

It got me thinking, if the s**t really does hit the fan, then those sort of books wouldn't be my choice of reading material. I think I would prefer some escapism, some more upbeat reading to take my mind off the brutal reality.

I love Asimov and scifi for light relief, what would "you" like to read?

"motorcycle travelogues": Ted Simons "jupiters travels" is a good one. good escapism.
