I bought my SOTO pocket torch a few weeks ago and have really liked it so far. It is a hi temperature lighter that uses cheap pocket lighters for the fuel so you don't have to worry about refilling from a butane canister. It burns really well and works even in really cold weather. How ever when it is really cold it is best to keep it in a pocket close to the body so the fuel works well. It seems to be quite durable and at the $20 price point it is pretty affordable as far as all weather lighter go. All in all I would give it a 4/5 and that being it doesn't accept bic lighters.
