    I wander in and out of the "gun thing" ....Lately I spend`all my time on ebay and riding my 'wing..had sometime to kill today so I iwent down to the local "gander mountain" to checkout this years crop of back packing gear..can't resist cruising the gun counter( seeing all the 35different glock clones( every auto pistol except the1911's ). and I haven't picked up a gun magazine in a
    couple of years..
    So A) Prices have gotten reedicULOUS
    b) IN THE QUEST TO SELL "MORE/BIGGER": GUNMAKERS DONE LOST THEIR FREAKIN' MINDS(??)..IE. what the hell is a 3" 500s&w mag or the the 460 mag.(both big ass revolvers); good for? fighting nose to muzzle with grizzley bears? I can feel the wrist bones squashing together just looking into the muzzle.NO!!NO!![dunno][dunno]

    If ya think guns is bad wait till ya try and buy ammo !!!!
    I don't know about the Glock thing I have 1911 and don't much care for anything else ,I guess I'm like mike hammer in that respect !!

    T3 I was at that Gander Mtn a few weeks ago, you are correct on the prices but I have to say they have increased their suppy of Bushmasters, a few months ago they had 2, last time I was there they had a rack full.

    wife is talking about going, not sure if it will be Friday or this weekend, time to make a Sam's run
