I had ordered and just now received a just published book by mainstream author Harry Turtledove, aothor of many alternate history military fiction, among many others. The premise of the book is, as you might guess, a massive eruption of the Yellowstone caldera. I haven't read it yet and am posting this thread in hopes of reading your reviews.
Shaw, I checked this out on Amazon and there are four reviews showing there. Just letting you know (although you may already have seen them) in case you don't get any responses here from our Monkey pals. I think I am going to order it....I hadn't heard about this one and I do love the genre! What strange thing goes on in our brains to make us like Doomsday scenarios, eh!! Hope you enjoy your read...nothing like an exciting book to make you forget your problems and troubles for a while!
