I Jason will bust a myth in this post.

Myth #1: If someone is having a life threatening breathing problem and hyperventilating have him or her hyperventilate in a paper bag.

Fact #1: False. Hyperventilating in a paper bag due to a life threatening breathing problem will actually make the problem even worse. Instead please call 911 or that country's equivalent to 911 and explain best where the person with the life threatening breathing problem is and who she or he is.
