    Here are some courses you may be interested in. Also some being held in the NC mts in Oct.
    There are spaces available in the classes listed below at Medicine Bow Wilderness School near Dahlonega, GA. Each is a day-class that runs from 9:30 A.M. to 4 P.M.

    Aug. 31 – KNIFE & HAWK– Learn the skills of knife and tomahawk throwing. Weapons are provided or bring your own. $75 (almost full, 3 spots open)
    September 7 – FIRST FIRE! – “Sure-fire” flames for the uninitiated. From beginner to master fire-builder in a day. Pyre construction, wood identification & selection, finding dry wood on the wettest of days, lighting techniques. From match to primitive. Learn the hand drill - the original method of producing a flame. $70
    Sept. 14 – THE ART OF ARCHERY- - A complete lesson from 1999 World Longbow Champion. For all skill levels, ages 7 to 107. Archery tackle provided or BYO. $75
