In one year I lose 30 pound of weight from my body, because of following strict food diet and workout. Every day I run more than 6 kms and drinking plenty of water. I also taking natural food itmes only.

 

I saw an old video from the 1950's the other day, a docco of sorts showing the lifestyle of an average family. The dinner plates were a lot smaller back then, halfway between a modern one and a side plate. The Father was served dinner and I was amazed how small the portions were. How could he live on just that was my instant thought, then I looked down at the roll of fat around my stomach and the lesson sunk in.

 

The small plates from the 1950s remind us that eating less can be a big step toward healthier habits.
