Recipe Survival Stir Fry

    So, the wife and I couldn't figure out what to make for dinner last night. I wanted to use some of our LTS, just to keep up with rotation.

    So, I figured a little Chicken Stirfy, made with freeze dried and canned items.

    Here is what I did,
    FD Peas & Corn about a 1/2 cup each
    FD onion pieces about 1/4 cup
    1 can canned chicked (could have used FD chicken as well, just soak with above) (could use any meat to your liking)
    1 package Ramen noodles.
    seasoning to taste.

    Soak all FD items in as little water as possible (conservation of water ya know) until desired rehydration level is met. About 10-15 min for me.
    Drain FD items and put into a pan with chicken (if not FD).
    Heat on low, just need to warm everything up
    Using the water from soaking the FD items, cook the ramen noodles as normal, but do not add the seasoning packet.
    Add the seasoning packet to the veggies and meat, and season to taste.
    When the ramen is cooked drain and toss with veggies/meat.

    ** any fresh/canned/FD/Dehydrated veggies can be added to suit your own taste**

    The wife and the kids loved this, none knew until I told them that it was FD & Canned food. This can be used to finish up leftover meat as well. I added some red pepper flakes to my serving. Quick and simple.
